Senior Project Manager (f/m/d)

Aufgaben:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work closely with technical project managers (T-PMs)
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team and project environment.
- Work closely with the PMO colleagues on the constant improvement of our processes
- Travel might necessary according to project needs
Qualifikationen:
- Master's degree in business administration, or in technical, engineering, /science or another related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
